What are the requirements for becoming a reseller?
You need to have at least one existing owned product license to become a reseller. We do not allow monthly or yearly license holders to become resellers of our products.

What are the steps to become a reseller?
Just complete the sign up form and our representative will call you to confirm your license. You will then need to fax us a small reseller agreement at the number provided. Generally this process takes just 1 business day to complete

Are the status changes permanent?
Indeed, we make sure your hard work is not wasted. If you become say a gold reseller your status will never degrade.

Who will handle end user customer support?
As a reseller it is your responsibility to support your clients. Each Owned license resold includes 90 days of Support & Upgrades.

Does the end user have control over licenses sold by resellers?
Yes. The licenses are assigned to user accounts accessible through the Members Area. Once resold, a license cannot be taken over by the reseller.
